Once installed on your server, simply access FORMAT through any internet browser. It then is run similar to any website with pull-down menus and links to each feature.

Those with access to FORMAT can be set up as a USER, with access to application entry only, or ADMIN, with access to all features. This is useful, for instance, when temporary workers are hired to assist with the data entry process.
